Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Singapore office (Hybrid)

What you will do
- Onboard new customers and act as their primary champion to ensure long-term success and product adoption.
- Develop and execute strategic success plans to drive retention, advocacy, and account growth.
- Partner with Account Executives to identify and deliver value growth within enterprise accounts.
- Lead end-to-end sales processes for upsell opportunities in non-enterprise accounts, including demos and negotiations.
- Analyze customer usage data to identify trends, mitigate churn risks, and uncover expansion opportunities.
- Provide actionable feedback from the field to influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of managing customer portfolios and achieving upsell/retention targets.
- Experience working with diverse customer bases across the APAC region.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate usage data into proof of value.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a low-structure, fast-paced environment.
- Interest and curiosity regarding digital assets and the crypto economy.
Nice to have
- Knowledge or experience in AML, particularly within the crypto space.
- Experience working in the blockchain or Web3 industry.
- Additional language skills: French.
- Interest in public speaking and representing the company at regional events.
