What you will do

• Partner with Sales teams to design customized advertising solutions based on advertiser objectives and technical requirements.
• Evaluate campaign feasibility, inventory availability, and performance potential while identifying hirify.globaltional considerations.
• Analyze campaign, audience, and revenue data to identify optimization opportunities and develop performance projections.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Ad hirify.globaltions teams to translate advertiser needs into platform enhancements.
• Support technical integrations, API implementations, product launches, and platform testing initiatives.
• Serve as a technical advisor during client onboarding, campaign planning, and solution reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Solutions, Solutions Engineering, Ad hirify.globaltions, or AdTech.
• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, performance marketing, user acquisition, and attribution.
• Experience working with DSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, or MMPs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex data into business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with performance advertising in mobile, gaming, e-commerce, or fintech industries.
