Location: Hybrid remote work in Geneva, Zurich, Lausanne, or Sion, Switzerland

What you will do

  • Act as a technical architect bridging the gap between internal engineering and client technical teams.
  • Lead the planning, installation, and integration of solutions in physical, virtual, or hybrid IT environments.
  • Deliver professional services including product customization, configurations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage customer relationships to increase product adoption and satisfaction as a strategic advisor.
  • Collaborate with engineering to resolve client issues and advocate for customer needs.
  • Develop and improve technical and user documentation for clients.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of technical experience integrating products in complex environments, preferably within financial services.
  • Proven background as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
  • Expertise in corporate IT frameworks, including virtualization, VDI, and application management.
  • Strong proficiency with DevOps tools: Linux, Kubernetes, Openshift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, YAML, and Shell.
  • Experience with SQL database management and software development in Go, Java, or Python.
  • Ability to travel regularly to visit customers.
