Compensation: $214,000 - $228,000 (including base salary and equity)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of Strategic Key Accounts (Top 200 brands).
• Design and implement integration solutions across web/mobile SDKs, REST APIs, and server-to-server flows.
• Lead technical discovery, scoping calls, and product demos for senior stakeholders including CTOs and VPs of Engineering.
• Own the technical components of RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires in partnership with Legal and Product teams.
• Build AI-augmented workflows for client research, technical scoping, documentation, and QA to increase efficiency.
• Act as the primary technical escalation path for post-launch issues to drive internal resolution.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Management, ideally in ecommerce or MarTech.
• Strong technical fluency with web/mobile SDKs, REST APIs, and event/data flow tracking.
• Proven experience leading technical conversations and presenting to senior engineering stakeholders.
• Must be based in New York and able to work from the office at least 4 days per week.
• Ability to translate complex technical trade-offs into clear business impact for non-technical stakeholders.
• AI-forward mindset with the ability to describe specific AI workflows used to multiply productivity.
