What you will do
- Act as the central point of contact between the customer and .
- Manage ongoing business, specifically handling offers, contracts, and their execution.
- Prepare customer offers and conduct contract negotiations to ensure terms are fulfilled.
- Coordinate with technical teams to clarify requirements and ensure seamless communication.
- Identify growth opportunities and promote products and services to expand customer activities.
- Support the implementation of marketing and sales strategies, including budgeting and forecasts.
Requirements
- Technical education combined with business administration, marketing, or sales training, or commercial education with strong technical exposure.
- Several years of experience in key account and project management within a technical B2B environment.
- Proven experience in handling offers, contracts, and complex projects.
- English: C1 level required.
- German or Swedish: B2 level required.
- Willingness to travel within Europe (approx. 20-40%).
