Dach Category Manager

Category Manager (ISG Product): Develops and drives ISG category strategy, product selection, and optimizes pricing to identify growth opportunities and maximize profitability across our server, storage and solutions product lines with an accent on market specifics for the DACH territory. Focus on sales enablement and ensuring efficient marketing campaigns.

What you will do

• Be the product expert on the ISG product portfolio and market specifics for the DACH territory.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape.
• Create, own, and communicate the quarterly plan with product selections, pricing strategy, promotional and campaign roadmaps.
• Identify top-selling configurations for servers, storage and solutions in the markets.
• Constantly monitor results and drive corrective actions if needed.
• Prepare an accurate portfolio forecast and transition planning, and provide the forecast to the EMEA category to ensure seamless supply.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of product and/or business management experience with ideally technology products.
• Fast learner and positive attitude towards change.
• Analytical skills, financial acumen and P&L understanding.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and collaboration skills, ability to build alliances.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Professional fluency in German and English.
