Senior Account Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue growth by securing new business in the FSI, Healthcare, and Public sectors in Switzerland with an accent on consultative enterprise software sales. Location: Must be based in or able to work in Switzerland (Zurich-based with flexibility).

What you will do
- Proactively identify, engage, and close new logo opportunities within the FSI, Healthcare, and Public sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to position as a transformative partner.
- Leverage consultative selling techniques to address complex customer challenges with tailored solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Consulting and Marketing teams to ensure successful sales cycles.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with economic buyers and key decision-makers.
- Manage a robust pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B experience in complex enterprise software or SaaS sales.
- In-depth knowledge of the FSI, Healthcare, and Public industries in Switzerland.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals in new logo acquisition.
- Proficiency in German and English (C1 level) with excellent presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland as needed for sales engagements.
- Existing professional network within the target Swiss sectors.
