What you will do

  • Proactively identify, engage, and close new logo opportunities within the Retail and Manufacturing industries.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to position hirify.global as a transformative partner.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to address complex customer pain points with tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Consulting and Marketing teams to ensure successful sales cycles.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with economic buyers and senior decision-makers.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasting to leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B experience selling complex enterprise software or SaaS.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Swiss Retail and Manufacturing industries with an existing professional network.
  • Proficiency in German and English (C1 level) with excellent presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals in new logo acquisition.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support sales efforts.
