What you will do
- Identify and acquire new project opportunities to drive regional growth.
- Develop and manage customer accounts to meet sales targets.
- Expand and strengthen the local dealer and A&D network.
- Introduce product novelties and ensure strong market visibility.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams and sales colleagues across the DACH region.
Requirements
- Must reside in the German-speaking part of Switzerland (excluding Canton Bern).
- 3-5 years of experience as a Sales or Key Account Manager in the Swiss furniture market.
- Strong professional network within the German-speaking Swiss region.
- Fluent in German and professionally proficient in English.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and strong organizational skills.
