Quince is a US-based tech retail start-up building a logistics technology platform to enable Manufacturer-to-Consumer (M2C) cross-border commerce.

What you will do

  • Identify, reach out to, and sign QLS partners (brands and direct retailers).
  • Sell by mapping prospective clients’ supply chain pain points to QLS’s M2C model and automated logistics technology.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline via cold outreach, networking, and industry events across APAC and global retail sectors.
  • Create and deliver sales presentations and commercial proposals highlighting QLS value (speed, cost-efficiency, tech integration).
  • Lead commercial negotiations including pricing structures, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and legal terms.
  • Stay current on logistics trends and competitor offerings to refine go-to-market strategy and pricing models.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for new clients.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of B2C, B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in logistics, freight forwarding, e-commerce platforms, or supply chain SaaS.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and acquiring mid-to-large account brands/retailers.
  • Strong communication skills: storytelling and negotiation ability to influence C-level executives and supply chain leaders.
  • Language: Bilingual in English and Mandarin is essential.
  • Entrepreneurial, resilient mindset with comfort working in ambiguity at a fast-growing start-up.
  • Network in retail/fashion/consumer goods in Greater China or the APAC region is a significant plus.
