What you will do

• Lead solution consulting for out-of-home delivery and smart locker innovations.
• Build and execute strategic partnerships with key industry players in e-commerce, logistics, and retail.
• Develop and manage C-level relationships and lead complex commercial negotiations.
• Create and drive revenue plans while tracking progress against clear KPIs.
• Lead contract negotiation, execution, and ongoing partner management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to take initiatives from concept to successful execution.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in strategic partner or channel business development.
• Proven success in complex commercial negotiations and C-level engagement.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
• Experience or exposure to logistics, parcel delivery, retail, or public-sector environments.
• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan to support the hybrid work model.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
