What you will do

  • Drive the growth of the Australian market by identifying and pursuing high-potential clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and cold-calling to closing deals.
  • Consult with new clients to understand supply chain pain points and provide value-driven solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to lead customer onboarding and ensure service excellence.
  • Represent the company value proposition in both virtual and in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align operations with evolving client needs and fill gaps in a small, dynamic team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales role.
  • Proven experience in business development within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Strong enthusiasm for cold-calling and leading discovery calls.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strategic vision combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a small, high-growth team environment.
