What you will do
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth within the SMB segment.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospect database building to closing deals.
- Own and manage the SMB P&L for the market, ensuring revenue and EBITDA targets are met.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling content and campaigns for lead generation.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their pain points and aligning NIQ solutions to their needs.
- Represent the brand in the market through external events and professional engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong competency in strategic sales, business development, and P&L management.
- Excellent client management skills with the ability to engage stakeholders up to C-Suite level.
- Deep understanding of market data and consultative sales methodologies.
- Ability to communicate in the local language is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with Sales Tech tools.
- Previous knowledge or exposure to NIQ retail measurement data.
- Background in Consumer Packaged Goods or B2B/SaaS sales.
