TL;DR

Manager, Business Development (SMB): Driving revenue growth and market penetration for Small and Medium Business clients with an accent on P&L management, sales strategy execution, and client-centric solution development. Focus on building a high-performing sales pipeline, managing full-cycle sales processes, and acting as a strategic partner to SMB clients by leveraging consumer intelligence data.

Location: Must be based in Kowloon, Hong Kong

What you will do

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth within the SMB segment.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospect database building to closing deals.
  • Own and manage the SMB P&L for the market, ensuring revenue and EBITDA targets are met.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling content and campaigns for lead generation.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their pain points and aligning NIQ solutions to their needs.
  • Represent the brand in the market through external events and professional engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong competency in strategic sales, business development, and P&L management.
  • Excellent client management skills with the ability to engage stakeholders up to C-Suite level.
  • Deep understanding of market data and consultative sales methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate in the local language is preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Sales Tech tools.
  • Previous knowledge or exposure to NIQ retail measurement data.
  • Background in Consumer Packaged Goods or B2B/SaaS sales.
