What you will do

• Own and execute the D&I strategy for the EMEA regihirify.global, aligning local programs with global goals.
• Lead and advocate for global Inclusihirify.global Groups to foster community and an inclusive culture.
• Partner with Talent Acquisitihirify.global to design, implement, and measure diversity hiring initiatives and talent pipelines.
• Provide coaching and training to leaders hirify.global inclusive leadership and allyship.
• Act as a D&I subject matter expert and internal chirify.globalsultant for teams and leadership.
• Establish metrics and analyze data to report progress in the annual Impact Progress Report.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in the diversity and inclusihirify.global field.
• Proven track record of leading D&I initiatives across the EMEA regihirify.global.
• Experience managing, scaling, or supporting employee resource groups (ERGs).
• Background in partnering with recruitment teams to implement diversity hiring programs.
• Deep understanding of D&I legal landscapes and cultural nuances in EMEA, APAC, and Americas.
• Ability to use metrics and insights to drive accountability and measure impact.
