TL;DR

Senior Manager, Learning & Leadership Development (HR/Talent): Designing and executing enterprise-wide learning and leadership initiatives with an accent on strategic alignment, capability building, and stakeholder partnership. Focus on architecting scalable learning solutions, influencing senior leadership, and driving measurable impact within a complex, regulated financial services environment.

Location: Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia. The role follows a hybrid workplace model requiring at least four days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Partner with the Global Head of Learning & Leadership Development to co-create and evolve enterprise-wide learning strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business and HR leaders, consulting on leadership effectiveness and capability gaps.
  • Architect high-impact, scalable learning solutions that integrate formal training, experience, and on-the-job application.
  • Provide strategic oversight of the enterprise learning portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable value.
  • Define and track impact metrics to evaluate learning effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
  • Model an enterprise mindset and contribute to building a strong learning culture focused on performance and inclusion.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in learning, leadership development, talent management, or organizational development.
  • Demonstrated experience shaping global learning strategies in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven ability to operate credibly with senior leaders and influence without formal authority.
  • Strong consulting mindset with the ability to synthesize data and stakeholder input into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience designing learning solutions at scale and orchestrating across multiple stakeholders and vendors.
  • Financial services or similarly regulated industry experience is preferred.
