Location: Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia. The role follows a hybrid workplace model requiring at least four days per week in the office.

What you will do
- Partner with the Global Head of Learning & Leadership Development to co-create and evolve enterprise-wide learning strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business and HR leaders, consulting on leadership effectiveness and capability gaps.
- Architect high-impact, scalable learning solutions that integrate formal training, experience, and on-the-job application.
- Provide strategic oversight of the enterprise learning portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable value.
- Define and track impact metrics to evaluate learning effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
- Model an enterprise mindset and contribute to building a strong learning culture focused on performance and inclusion.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in learning, leadership development, talent management, or organizational development.
- Demonstrated experience shaping global learning strategies in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Proven ability to operate credibly with senior leaders and influence without formal authority.
- Strong consulting mindset with the ability to synthesize data and stakeholder input into actionable recommendations.
- Experience designing learning solutions at scale and orchestrating across multiple stakeholders and vendors.
- Financial services or similarly regulated industry experience is preferred.
