What you will do

• Manage the full employee lifecycle as a standalone HR lead for approximately 70 employees.
• Lead the implementation, testing, and rollout of a new HRIS platform to support data-driven decision-making.
• Provide proactive HR advisory services, managing employee relations including disciplinaries, grievances, and absences.
• Lead organizational change initiatives, including restructures and consultations.
• Develop and deliver training plans to upskill line managers on HR best practices.
• Oversee benefits administration and coordinate the annual performance review cycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Senior HR Generalist or standalone HR role within an SME environment.
• Strong expertise in UK employment legislation and its practical application.
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting HRIS implementation projects.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret people data and reports.
