Salesforce Solution Architect

Location: Brisbane, Queensland, Australia

Salary: AUD 170,000–190,000 per annum plus superannuation

What you will do

• Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across platforms and integrated enterprise systems.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with business and technology objectives.
• Shape technology roadmaps and influence architecture decisions across business and engineering teams.
• Lead integration design across Salesforce and enterprise platforms, including APIs, event-driven architecture, and SSO.
• Champion architecture governance, standards, design reviews, and delivery best practices.
• Mentor technical teams, support DevOps and CI/CD practices, document architectures, and assist with complex production issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing Salesforce solutions in complex or enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modelling, automation, and performance.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Experience with architecture governance and design review frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and DevOps/CI/CD practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, plus relevant Salesforce certifications or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce AI solutions, including Agentforce, Einstein 1 Platform, and Data Cloud.
• Experience leading Salesforce org consolidations and large-scale data migrations.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or other regulated industries.
• Experience with technology roadmaps, target-state architecture, and Salesforce multi-cloud environments.
