A fast-growing, founder-led cybersecurity and hosting SaaS company scaling globally with a distributed workforce.

What you will do

  • Lead the People function end-to-end, covering recruitment, operations, performance, compensation, and compliance.
  • Manage and grow the People team, providing direct leadership to the Talent Manager and HR Generalist.
  • Develop and continuously adapt global People policies and frameworks to support rapid scaling.
  • Drive senior and hard-to-fill recruitment through active sourcing, headhunting, and pragmatic decision-making.
  • Oversee global People operations across multiple countries and employment models using external payroll and legal providers.
  • Partner with the CEO and founders to translate ambiguous priorities into clear, practical People actions.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in senior People or HR roles within fast-growing companies.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, hosting, SaaS, or similar technical and e-commerce environments.
  • Strong practical knowledge of global employment law, contractor models, payroll, and operational compliance.
  • Proven experience working in and scaling fully remote organizations.
  • Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Resilience and emotional intelligence to perform in ambiguous, founder-led environments.
