What you will do
- Achieve financial sales goals by building mutually beneficial relationships with designated dealers.
- Manage large-scale projects, owning the process from product application and mock-ups to final order placement.
- Identify and create new sales opportunities for internal account management groups, including National and Global Account Managers.
- Provide technical and specification support to dealers in collaboration with portfolio leads.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data using Salesforce.
- Conduct regular client and dealer meetings to meet and exceed volume targets.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Must possess a valid German driving license (Klasse B) and be prepared to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Minimum of 5 years' proven track record in B2B sales within contract furniture, interiors, hospitality, or design-led industries.
- Well-established network within the Southern German contract, architecture, and dealer landscape.
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a "Kaufmännische Ausbildung".
- Strong knowledge of project-driven sales models and challenger selling.
