What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end business development cycle from lead acquisition and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with senior industry leaders to identify strategic opportunities and shape growth strategies.
• Define customized proposals and pricing strategies for CGI, AI, and production solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses to RFPs and tenders, ensuring high-quality submissions.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and strategic account plans for the EMEA region.
• Apply project management expertise to steer scope, risks, and timelines to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 4+ years of B2B sales experience in digital, agency, or tech-led environments.
• Proven success selling complex CGI, production, and MarTech solutions.
• Expertise in contract writing, pricing strategy, and negotiation.
• Strong project management skills to handle scope, communication, and quality control.
• Fluency in both English and German is required.
• Experience navigating large global IT or MarTech organizations.
