What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end from kickoff to completion.
• Define project scope, build robust plans, and manage timelines and budgets.
• Identify required skills and resources while aligning stakeholders for project success.
• Provide hands-on leadership, remove blockers, and resolve conflicts within project teams.
• Manage project changes and proactively mitigate risks through contingency planning.
• Drive continuous improvement of project delivery practices and quality standards.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in a technical field.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
• Strong experience in project management with knowledge of state-of-the-art tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability and willingness to take ownership of projects with a hands-on mentality.
• Experience within the semiconductor industry is a significant advantage.
