What you will do

• Lead requirements gathering, backlog grooming, and architecture discussions for customer projects.
• Translate customer needs into actionable technical backlogs and delegate tasks to engineering teams.
• Design and implement scalable cloud-native applications and event-based microservices on AWS.
• Apply DevOps best practices including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and build automation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Mentor and coach team members while contributing to high-quality production code.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development and cloud-native systems.
• Must be based in Mexico.
• No visa sponsorship available.
• Deep expertise in web technologies, server-side scripting (Python, Node.js, etc.), and database management (PostgreSQL, NoSQL).
• Proven ability to lead workstreams and facilitate alignment across technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of modern application architectures and cloud platform resources (AWS).

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLM).
• Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with UI/UX design and automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with app dev acceleration tools like GitHub CoPilot or Amazon Q Developer.
