What you will do

• Act as a technical advisor for executives and leadership to translate technical roadmaps into business value and risk assessments.
• Define enterprise-wide strategies for cloud adoption and modernization, focusing on GCP and AWS/Azure interoperability.
• Establish global cloud governance, architectural standards, and reusable deployment patterns across all environments.
• Lead the implementation of large-scale solutions using GKE, Cloud Dataflow, BigQuery, and Vertex AI.
• Develop DevSecOps postures and ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and data residency requirements.
• Mentor and coach Senior and Lead Cloud Engineers to foster a culture of engineering excellence and ownership.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Cloud Architecture leadership for enterprise-scale transformations.
• Mastery of Google Cloud services, networking, and security.
• Deep architectural experience in AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, EKS) or Azure.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Ability to code in at least one language (Java or Python).
• Eligible to work in the US (verified via standard hiring practices)

Nice to have

• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification.
• Professional or Expert-level certification from a secondary provider (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional).
