What you will do

• Design and document robust AWS system architectures to meet specific customer requirements.
• Lead delivery teams, providing technical guidance and unblocking implementation progress.
• Partner with Engagement Managers to communicate solution rationale and project status to clients.
• Architect and build infrastructure components including Landing Zones, EKS/ECS, and data storage solutions.
• Conduct cost-benefit and risk-reward analyses for proposed technical solutions.
• Mentor team members on leading practices and hold them accountable for implementation success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, including 3+ years specifically in AWS infrastructure.
• At least one active AWS Professional certification.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Experience with DevOps toolchains and configuration management tools like Ansible.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud security practices and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Must be able to work Eastern Standard Time Zone schedule.

Nice to have

• Additional AWS certifications (Associate level).
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, AWS EKS).
• Knowledge of code analysis tools (AWS X-Ray, AppDynamics).
• Prior management or team leadership experience.
