What you will do

• Lead enterprise architecture programs by defining target-state cloud architecture and phased roadmap strategies.
• Design scalable, highly available AWS solutions based on Well-Architected Framework principles.
• Build multi-account landing zones, hybrid connectivity, and DR/BC architectures.
• Develop Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and CloudFormation and create Python automation scripts.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and knowledge transfer to client engineering teams.
• Optimize cloud performance, cost efficiency, reliability, and security posture.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, including 6+ years building AWS infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Node).
• 2+ years of experience with DevOps toolchains such as GitHub, GitLab, or AWS Code Suite.
• Strong expertise in VPC design, hybrid connectivity, and Enterprise Linux/Windows Server.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (Current or Expired).
• Ability to work EST with flexibility for different time zones.

Nice to have

• Multi-cloud experience with Azure or GCP.
• Expertise in compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, or SOC 2.
• AWS CDK, modernization, and migration program experience (MGN, DMS).
• FinOps practices and cost optimization expertise.
• Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD) and experience with ECS/EKS.
