Location: Hybrid (Gilching, Germany). Willingness to travel up to 50% is required.

What you will do
- Identify and engage governmental clients in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg to promote sUAS solutions.
- Establish and expand strategic alliances within the defense sector and B2G network.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including CRM maintenance and proposal development.
- Coordinate RFI/RFP processes and create competitive proposals with Bid and Solution teams.
- Develop customer-specific marketing content such as whitepapers and solution briefs.
- Plan and conduct sales-driving activities, including customer events and flight demonstrations.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in the governmental sector (military, police, international organizations, NATO).
- Proven negotiation experience with defense contractors and governmental procurement entities.
- Strong ability to manage RFI/RFP processes and create competitive proposals.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Dutch and/or French.
- An established network within the BeNeLux governmental or defense procurement community.
