What you will do
- Define and execute regional partner strategy across VAR, GSI, and technology alliances.
- Recruit, lead, and develop a team of 5 Partner Sales Managers to drive pipeline and bookings.
- Orchestrate co-sell motions between internal account executives and partner ecosystems.
- Build and drive joint business plans with top-tier partners to ensure revenue growth.
- Drive adoption of AI-driven use cases and cloud integrations with major partners like AWS and Salesforce.
- Conduct QBRs and maintain strong C-level relationships to ensure performance and compliance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or cloud partner sales.
- Fluent German and English proficiency required.
- Proven track record in managing VAR ecosystems and GSI/Tech alliances.
- Strong leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams.
- Expertise in pipeline creation, co-sell execution, and forecast ownership.
- Ability to travel 30–50% of the time within the region.
