Location: Must be based in Germany (Frankfurt preferred) with regional responsibility for Central Europe and Benelux.

What you will do

  • Define and execute regional partner strategy across VAR, GSI, and technology alliances.
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a team of 5 Partner Sales Managers to drive pipeline and bookings.
  • Orchestrate co-sell motions between internal account executives and partner ecosystems.
  • Build and drive joint business plans with top-tier partners to ensure revenue growth.
  • Drive adoption of AI-driven use cases and cloud integrations with major partners like AWS and Salesforce.
  • Conduct QBRs and maintain strong C-level relationships to ensure performance and compliance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or cloud partner sales.
  • Fluent German and English proficiency required.
  • Proven track record in managing VAR ecosystems and GSI/Tech alliances.
  • Strong leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Expertise in pipeline creation, co-sell execution, and forecast ownership.
  • Ability to travel 30–50% of the time within the region.
