What you will do

• Develop and expand the Time & Sync PNT business within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Manage and coordinate a regional network of Value Added Resellers and Systems Integrators.
• Identify and secure new PNT projects within the defense, government, and aerospace industries.
• Execute product launch strategies and promote company services to maintain market leadership.
• Analyze market trends and use cases to provide actionable feedback for strategic direction.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and German (oral and written).
• Proven experience in international Sales or Business Development within defense, government, or aerospace sectors.
• Expertise in Time & Sync technology and PNT is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with a proactive sales-oriented mindset.
• Ability to operate effectively within complex, team-oriented setups.
