What you will do

• Manage 90/180-day staffing forecasts and partner with sales teams to fulfill demand.
• Develop capacity planning and influence Build-Buy-Borrow strategies for talent.
• Optimize bench inventory and billable utilization via real-time dashboards.
• Ensure data integrity in Resource Management Systems (RMS) and monitor staffing SLAs.
• Collaborate with TA, L&D, and HR to align hiring and upskilling with project needs.
• Enforce beach policy to minimize revenue leakage and maximize billable utilization.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in Resource Management or Workforce Analytics within a large IT services organization.
• Expertise in staffing analytics, utilization, and billability structures.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across Sales, Delivery, Finance, and HR.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, or HR.
