Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands with up to 60% travel required.

What you will do

  • Lead the delivery of contracted Talent Acquisition Outsourcing (TAO) services, ensuring adherence to scope and performance.
  • Manage strategic client stakeholder relationships and communicate service progress and value.
  • Drive account growth by identifying revenue opportunities and collaborating on innovation strategies.
  • Control P&L and budgets, including accurate forecasting, invoice approvals, and submission.
  • Manage and co-manage global delivery teams, focusing on performance, professional development, and engagement.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through surveys, action plans, and continuous service improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in Staffing and Recruiting.
  • At least 10 years of experience managing client accounts.
  • At least 10 years of proven experience managing recruitment teams delivering against SLAs, forecast, and budget.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to interpret contracts.
  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to travel as required (typically between 30-50% of time).
