What you will do

• Perform cold calling and multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
• Manage order processing and provide high-quality customer service.
• Research potential leads using business directories and digital resources.
• Present product information and handle follow-up inquiries from prospective clients.
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
• Maintain client databases using Salesforce and other CRM tools.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably within a software company.
• Basic understanding of technology and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
• Experience with CRM or Salesforce is preferred.
• Must be located in or able to work from Aspropyrgos, Greece
