What you will do

• Provide administrative support including scheduling, calendar management, and team coordination.
• Manage sales documentation, reporting, and data entry within Salesforce.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate software renewal business actions.
• Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of sales presentations and correspondence.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance departmental workflow and efficiency.

Requirements

• English: C1 fluency required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude and strong team collaboration skills.

• Experience supporting sales, commercial, or finance teams.
