Sales Consult Partner for Greek Public Sector

What you will do

• Lead complex consulting engagements and strategic change agendas across the Greek public sector.
• Build trusted relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and lead senior client interactions.
• Drive business development, pipeline conversion, signings, revenue growth, and backlog expansion.
• Scope engagements, negotiate fees, manage margins, and contain delivery and commercial risks.
• Design engagements, oversee delivery, and ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop talent, thought leadership, innovation, and industry presence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Greek public-sector engagement and CXO-level relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives.
• Experience leading complex projects with multidisciplinary consulting teams in a public-sector environment.
• Financial acumen, including revenue growth and margin management.
• Experience supporting high-value business development with Greek public-sector stakeholders, including ministries.
• Deep understanding of industry trends and technology, with the ability to innovate and drive change.
