What you will do

  • Manage, analyze, and follow up on CRM leads and partner program results.
  • Execute outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound sales inquiries.
  • Coordinate distributor events, including promo creation, participant tracking, and feedback analysis.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate sales databases, including orders, payments, and performance forecasts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and meet sales targets.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Greece
  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Fluent in English and Greek (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
