Location: On site in Roma or Dalby (South Queensland), Australia. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to these communities.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of rural clients focusing on profitability, client satisfaction, and credit quality.
  • Grow the client base using client advocacy, community engagement, and business networks.
  • Develop and implement innovative ideas to add value to the rural client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal relationship management teams to support new and existing clients.
  • Help local farmers maintain and grow their businesses and plan for future succession.

Requirements

  • Experience in Agri-banking account management or a similar rural account management role.
  • Proven ability to build, maintain, and grow a client portfolio.
  • Strong credit and financial analysis skills.
  • High level of customer service proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid work rights for Australia are required.
