What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Sales team on quoting, contracting, and value positioning to drive deal closure.
- Manage complex strategic deals from concept to booking, partnering with Revenue Recognition and Legal teams.
- Influence deal structures to maximize revenue-related KPIs and adhere to established policies.
- Interpret contractual language and draft commercial terms to ensure compliance with operational policies.
- Partner with Sales Managers to identify pipeline risks and ensure the accuracy of Bookings forecasts.
- Deliver training on Quote-to-Cash (QTC) best practices and process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Deal Desk experience in the Enterprise Software/SaaS B2B industry.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CPQ or similar CPQ tools.
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition rules, SOX, and software licensing processes.
- Advanced quantitative skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to manage high volume and prioritize tasks during end-of-month and end-of-quarter peaks.
- Capacity to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls.
Nice to have
- Experience in both Direct and Channel sales models.
- Experience with DocuSign CLM or similar Contract Management tools.
