What you will do

• Own cash forecasting and annual spend predictions across global exploration and corporate functions.
• Develop analytical models to identify cost improvement opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
• Partner with operational leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights and drive accountability.
• Design and implement scalable FP&A systems, leveraging automation and AI-enabled workflows.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team while supporting IPO readiness efforts.
• Build a single source of truth for financial data in partnership with accounting and data teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience in capital-intensive industries like mining, manufacturing, or aerospace.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US, Canada, Australia, South Africa, UK, Zambia, DRC, Namibia, Finland, Sweden, or Botswana.
• Proven experience managing efficient teams in high-growth, dynamic environments.
• Advanced Excel financial modeling skills and direct experience with ERP systems.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex financial data into narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort operating with urgency and precision in a remote-first, global organization.
