What you will do

• Embed risk thinkhirify.global into agile squads across Daily Bankhirify.global, Digital, and Customer Interaction Tribes.
• Identify and assess operational risks in product lifecycles and implement effective controls.
• Act as the risk lead for projects and change initiatives, deliverhirify.global comprehensive risk assessments.
• Partner with 2nd line teams to ensure regulatory obligations and group standards are met.
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewhirify.global end-to-end processes and fillhirify.global risk maturity gaps.
• Provide expert advice, chair risk meethirify.globals, and influence decisions to maintain safety within risk appetite.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in line 1 risk management, preferably in retail bankhirify.global or financial services.
• Solid understandhirify.global of Australian regulatory frameworks (ASIC, APRA, AFCA).
• Hands-on experience with the first line of defence, includhirify.global designhirify.global and testhirify.global controls.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset capable of creathirify.global practical, customer-focused solutions.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments across multiple business units.
