What you will do

• Coordinate investor and analyst meetings, roadshows, and conferences.
• Support the delivery of results announcements, investor briefings, and the AGM.
• Prepare results materials, Board presentations, and market-facing content.
• Conduct financial, peer, and market analysis to support leadership discussions.
• Manage IR databases, CRM systems, and team workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through AI and automation.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in IR, equity research, corporate finance, or related analytical roles.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating financial information.
• Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Must be authorized to work in Australia on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.
