What you will do

• Serve as senior client-facing leader for successful delivery of NetSuite and Workday ERP implementations.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate risks, drive governance, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Act as Solution Architect on engagements, designing end-to-end system architecture including integrations and data strategy.
• Build client relationships and provide strategic guidance on ERP scalability and maintainability.
• Champion client-first mindset and hirify.global values in remote-first operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years in ERP consulting and project management, leading NetSuite and/or Workday implementations.
• Proven experience with full lifecycle ERP implementations, data migrations, integrations, and customizations.
• Strong project management skills with tools like Microsoft Project or Smartsheet; Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in solution architecture, leading distributed teams, and executive client communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed; based in United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• PMP certification and/or MBA.
• Hands-on NetSuite/Workday experience across finance, accounting, HR, operations.
• Background in SaaS/Cloud environments and business process transformation.
