What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for NY employees regarding workplace, culture, and employee experience.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations, including vendor management, supplies, logistics, and building access.
• Plan and lead wellness, engagement, and bonding initiatives to support employee wellbeing.
• Organize and manage internal events and celebrations for US-based employees.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and emergency procedures within the office.
• Manage and track the US Workplace & EX budget and assist in financial planning.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in office operations, employee experience, or people operations.
• Must be based in New York and available to work from the office 4 days a week.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools like Slack.
