Location: Must be based in the US (East or Central time zones preferred)
Compensation: $350,000 – $400,000 OTE + Equity

What you will do
- Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, and forecasts to ensure predictable, above-quota results.
- Recruit, hire, and mentor a team of experienced Account Executives to achieve individual and company targets.
- Build and optimize a repeatable sales process to increase team sales skills and product knowledge.
- Drive net-new customer acquisition and expansion across strategic manufacturing-focused accounts.
- Collaborate with the Sales Leadership Team to plan resource allocation and improve performance metrics.
- Create a positive, performance-driven team culture that fosters professional growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of closing enterprise business and exceeding individual contributor quotas.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and optimize scalable sales processes.
- Highly effective communicator with strong EQ and influencing skills.
- Must be based in the US, specifically within the East or Central time zones.
- Experience using modern sales tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn.
