Director, Enterprise Sales (SaaS): Leading a manufacturing-focused territory team to drive net-new customer acquisition and expansion with an accent on building repeatable sales processes and coaching high-performing Account Executives. Location: Must be based in the US (East or Central time zones preferred)

Compensation: $350,000 – $400,000 OTE + Equity

What you will do

  • Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, and forecasts to ensure predictable, above-quota results.
  • Recruit, hire, and mentor a team of experienced Account Executives to achieve individual and company targets.
  • Build and optimize a repeatable sales process to increase team sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Drive net-new customer acquisition and expansion across strategic manufacturing-focused accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Leadership Team to plan resource allocation and improve performance metrics.
  • Create a positive, performance-driven team culture that fosters professional growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise business and exceeding individual contributor quotas.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and optimize scalable sales processes.
  • Highly effective communicator with strong EQ and influencing skills.
  • Must be based in the US, specifically within the East or Central time zones.
  • Experience using modern sales tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn.
