Principal Software Engineer, Backend (AI)

What you will do

• Identify and implement AI-driven solutions that reduce workload and improve productivity for software engineers.
• Plan and execute complex AI initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Write code to integrate AI tools into existing development, testing, and automation workflows.
• Coordinate deployment of scalable AI solutions across multiple engineering teams.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and promote engineering excellence.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of software development experience and a record of delivering successful cross-team solutions.
• Server-side programming experience with Go.
• Practical experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and drive initiatives from planning through completion across teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to combine hands-on coding with technical leadership and mentorship.
