What you will do

• Develop new products and manufacturing processes while coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Conduct testing and evaluations to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.
• Lead product design reviews and manage the release process for products produced in the Philippines.
• Coordinate with international safety agencies for product approvals.
• Manage and provide guidance to technicians.
• Recommend design and manufacturing improvements to enhance performance, quality, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in new product design and development within the PCB industry.
• Broad knowledge of materials, particularly metals, plastics, and composites (PCB, FR4, Prepreg, Lamination).
• Project Management experience in product design and process development.
• Above average English oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in CAD and MS Office.
