What you will do

• Qualify new plating machines and metrology equipment for the laboratory.
• Document new workflows and revise existing documentation including FMEA, control plans, and work instructions.
• Lead the resolution of plating-related customer complaints through cross-functional coordination.
• Drive process improvement projects to enhance cost efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Supervise and manage technicians to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
• Strong fundamentals in chemistry and mechanical/chemical plating processes.
• Proficiency in statistical tools such as Minitab.
• Proven project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
