What you will do

• Lead project planning, tracking, and reporting for new process and equipment initiatives.
• Ensure full adherence to Quality Change Management (QCM) requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between Business Groups, Change Review Boards, and Operations.
• Facilitate project gate reviews and monitor post-project release performance.
• Form and organize cross-functional project teams to achieve project milestones.
• Prepare and secure approval for Project Charters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Semiconductor Assembly (Engineering, QA, or Operations).
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Proven hands-on experience with NPI, alternate site qualification, and new material qualification.
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office tools.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Knowledge of quality systems such as QS9000 or TS16949.
