What you will do

• Analyze final test performance and yield data to identify defect trends and drive improvements.
• Lead and supervise a team of product engineers and technicians.
• Implement statistical methods at test to detect maverick lots and reduce test holds.
• Represent product engineering in cross-functional project qualifications and change management.
• Provide disposition for lots with fab or parametric issues.
• Drive initiatives for product quality and site standardization.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Engineer or Test Engineer in a semiconductor company.
• Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of PowerMOS products and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Spotfire, Power BI, Exensio, or JMP.
• Basic scripting skills in Python, R, or SQL.
• Proven leadership and project management capabilities.
