What you will do

• Partner with Product Management to define and execute the team's roadmap.
• Oversee the delivery of the App platform, ensuring high reliability, security, and performance.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and psychological safety.
• Manage the team's backlog, project progress, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive adoption of AI coding tooling within the engineering team.
• Collaborate across European and American timezones to ensure effective cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading diverse engineering teams from junior to senior levels.
• Extensive experience with containerization and workload orchestration at scale.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems in multi-cloud, multi-region, and multi-tenant environments.
• Strong background in reliability engineering, including SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs.
• Hands-on programming background with experience in release management and CI/CD best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage directly with customers.
