What you will do

• Own a portfolio of partners and merchants with full accountability for performance, growth, and retention.
• Serve as the primary relationship owner and trusted advisor across multiple organizational levels.
• Analyze performance data to independently drive improvements in order volume, reliability, and satisfaction.
• Lead end-to-end issue resolution, including root cause analysis and cross-functional coordination.
• Identify and execute revenue growth and operational optimization opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Contribute to partnership strategy, market expansion, and contract negotiations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales.
• Background in technology, food service, or delivery ecosystems.
• Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic data analysis tools.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% within the designated market.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Chicago, IL.
