Location: Hybrid in Chicago, IL

Salary: $5,000 per month + 8% commission

What you will do

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with brands and agencies.
  • Pitch advertising and experiential marketing capabilities in a consultative manner.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key agency and brand stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and engineering teams to ensure campaign execution.
  • Track and manage opportunities through CRM tools and sales pipelines.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of successful media sales experience, ideally in OOH or experiential advertising.
  • Proven ability to sell to and build relationships with agencies and brands.
  • Must be based in Chicago, IL for hybrid work.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for client meetings and events.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Nice to have

  • Deep understanding of the OOH and experiential advertising space.
  • Experience using data and analytics to inform client strategies.
  • Background in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup sales environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline management platforms.
