Salary: $5,000 per month + 8% commission

What you will do
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with brands and agencies.
- Pitch advertising and experiential marketing capabilities in a consultative manner.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key agency and brand stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and engineering teams to ensure campaign execution.
- Track and manage opportunities through CRM tools and sales pipelines.
Requirements
- 4+ years of successful media sales experience, ideally in OOH or experiential advertising.
- Proven ability to sell to and build relationships with agencies and brands.
- Must be based in Chicago, IL for hybrid work.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for client meetings and events.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Deep understanding of the OOH and experiential advertising space.
- Experience using data and analytics to inform client strategies.
- Background in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup sales environments.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline management platforms.
